A love and sex story from a novel
|

|
If one comes from the sunshine
into a darkened room,
The fictional story unfolds as a daring love affair that
unexpectedly becomes sexual. It is staged in a three-family household. The lady
of the house, the wife of the protagonist's benefactor and host is one of those
many women who find themselves relegated to the status of a piece of inventory
rather than a living human being. The protagonist responds by enriching her
life, supporting her, to the disdain of almost all the others. Nevertheless, the
Principle of Universal Love, standing in the background, resolves the paradoxes
almost unnoticed as life goes on in tackling the 'larger' issues. The sex-focused story, Sky Fire, is a chapter from the
novel, Brighter than the Sun, by Rolf A. F. Witzsche.
