Exploring the principle
of the Universal Kiss

The barriers are fragile, not because they are easily broken. In fact they have stood for thousands of year like shapes cut in stone. But they are fragile to the truth of which little has been seen until the new age of science began that is still at the stage of a new dawn.

As the cover image suggests, the vistas in this novel unfold in India and the scene of the Taj Mahal becomes a major vista within the larger vistas. In the flow of this movement some ancient 'glass' is being shattered and the Taj's greatest myths are being shattered as well. The Taj becomes actually more beautiful thereby.

In the cover image the Taj is shown in the light of the morning sun. Scholars say that the orientation of the attached mosque is not towards Mecca, which is critical in Islam, which thereby defeats the very purpose of the mosque. Once that glass is broken other scholars find in the mists of India's hidden history that the Taj was never really built as a Mogul shrine, but was was built hundreds of years earlier as a Hindu temple, a Shiva temple-palace. And in addition to all of that another myths is shattered as well, which adds still another major element of beauty that is laced with threads of love that bind mankind to its humanity and to one another. This additional element links the Taj in a subtle way to the great erotic temples of Khajuraho in central India of which 85 of such temples were built nearly a thousand years ago and in the space of slightly more than a single century, which seems to have been a period of a profound renaissance.

The point is that when one shatters old myths, including the myths related to love that rule us on the grassroots level, the vistas become more beautiful as then many new threads of love become visible. Of course that is echoed in numerous different vistas throughout the book as the novel unfolds.
